Join Robert Spence with the Southern Idaho Mushroom Club for this informative presentation on edible mushrooms that can be found in the southern region of our state, the seasons, when they grow, and habitats where you can expect to find them!
Note: mushroom hunting is risky and consuming certain mushrooms can lead to serious illness or death. This class is designed to be an introduction to searching for edible mushrooms, but anything learned in the class must be verified, and neither Mr. Spence, nor North End Organic Nursery are suggesting people wild forage for mushrooms without verifying findings expert before consumption.
